What does ObserTech do?

ObserTech designs, installs, and supports commercial security camera and access control systems. We're based in Utah, but have installation teams in more than 10 additional states, including Colorado, Idaho, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and many others.

What types of businesses do you work with?

At ObserTech, we work best with businesses that want real visibility into how their operations run. Most of our customers are manufacturers, warehouses and distribution centers, self-storage operators, auto dealerships, and healthcare facilities such as compounding pharmacies and inpatient recovery centers. Multi-location companies are the strongest fit, though a single site with complex, regulated, or high-value operations can be a good fit too.

What does it mean that you're vendor-neutral?

Vendor-neutral means ObserTech isn't tied to one manufacturer, so we recommend the system that fits your business rather than the one we’re incentivized to sell. Our portfolio currently includes Rhombus, Verkada, Turing AI, Coram, Lumana, Spot AI, PDK, and others.

How do you decide which system to recommend?

It all starts with learning how your operations run so we at ObserTech can recommend some hand-picked options. We'll walk you through those picks, explaining the tradeoffs, and giving you hands-on experience before you decide. Once you feel good about the solution, we'll help you install it.

Does ObserTech handle the installation?

Yes. ObserTech manages your installation from start to finish, including site assessments, system layout & design, project management, and ongoing maintenance.

What happens after installation? Who performs training and support?

ObserTech is your point of contact after installation. We'll coordinate training & onboarding to make sure everyone knows how to use the system. Additionally, we'll field support requests, and can also provide onsite maintenance if needed.
